Objectstream, Inc. respects and protects the privacy of users of web site. This Privacy Policy discloses how we collect and use information on the Site, and the choices that you can make about the way your information is collected and used.
Information collection and use
Portions of the Site may require that users who wish to contact Objectstream, Inc. to request information provide personally identifiable contact information. Integrity/security of the data collected
Objectstream, Inc. has taken security measures to protect against loss, misuse or alteration of payment and other information under Objectstream, Inc.'s control. Payment information is protected during transmission from the user by encryption over a secure socket layer and, once stored, is protected through various security measures in place at Objectstream, Inc.'s hosting vendor GODADDY's data center in accordance with standard business practices.
Miscellaneous provisions
The Site is not intended for use by children. Users under thirteen (13) years of age are prohibited from posting or providing any personal information on or via the Site or any other Objectstream, Inc. web site. Objectstream, Inc. relies on its users to comply with the provisions of this paragraph. The Site may contain links to other web sites. Please be aware that other web sites that may be accessed through this Site may collect personally identifiable information about users. The information practices of those third-party web sites linked to this Site are not covered by this Privacy Policy. Under no circumstances shall Objectstream, Inc. be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the user's accessing the Site, even if Objectstream, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Notice and procedure for making claims of copyright infringement
Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to the Objectstream, Inc. by mail to 1712 Chickasha Cir, Edmond OK 73013.

To be effective, the notification must include the following:
  • A physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit Objectstream, Inc. to locate the material;
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit Objectstream, Inc. to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted;
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Under federal law any person who knowingly materially misrepresents under Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2) that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
