Career Opportunities
Project Manager
The position duties and requirements are as follows:
Manage / develop work plans for a complete software development life cycle (SDLC) which include budgeting, resource allocation, creating capacity model and meeting budget demands. Participate in managing off-shore infrastructure operations and hiring procedures. Extensively worked in developing project plans, gathering requirements, system design, systems integration, planning and project management, information management, coding and implementing requirements. Manage, lead and develop various software applications. Involved in Information technology assessments and Technical architecture review and planning. Researching baselines business architecture components - business functions, business services and high level business processes; developing business architecture and information centric artifacts, producing Segment Architecture documentation, defining the segment modernization blueprint, interviewing stakeholders and documenting their concerns, issues, and opportunities, facilitate communications between business and IT stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Masters degree in Business/IT related
- 2 yrs of work experience in the area of Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Systems Design and Planning, Data and Business Process Modeling, QA, Performance/Scalability, Reliability and Security Management, Project Management (MS Project, Project Central), managing complete SDLC Skills, Inter-personal and team building expertise. Technical skills in JAVA, J2EE Tech, XML Tech and Applications, UNIX System V packages, Vignette Content management, Database Tools, IIS, MQ/Weblogic, SQL Server, Websphere Application Server. Travel/Relocation to client sites.

Systems Analyst / Solutions Architect
The position duties and requirements are as follows:
Responsible for entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLS) including consultation with clients, writing design specifications, coding, unit testing, building and managing release management. Work with enterprise level project implementation and develop multi-tier application using latest Java Technologies and Frameworks. Lead team for Component/Module development and batch processing using Spring Batch 2.1 and Quartz. Development effort involving Web programming using JDK 1.6, JSF, JSP, Servlets, AJAX and Struts Framework, Service Layer / Back End development using, EJB 3.0, Hibernate, Spring, Web Services with Spring-CXF integration, JBOSS applications server and DB2. Maintain application versions with MyEclipse integration with CVS. Port/ Migrate Java applications from lower version of Java and other frameworks to higher versions. Coordinate with team member and mentor junior team members. Environment: Java 1.6, EJB 3.0 , Struts, My Eclipse 8.5 with Flex Builder, Flex 4.0, Spring-BlazeDS 1.0, JDBC, JBoss, IBM Websphere, Tomcat 6.0, MYSQL, Oracle, DB2 ,Hibernate 3.2, Spring 3.0, Spring Batch 2.1, Quartz, JUnit, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Maven, Solaris.

- Position requires expertise in enterprise applications and multi tier application using latest Java Technologies and Frameworks. Help Desk Specialists
Hiring all levels of support from Leads to Level 1. Duties, Experience, and Education requirements will vary based on the position, which is described below. A Federal background investigation is required.
General Duties:
Be able to answer phones promptly and provide customer assistance with routine inquiries and applications, software, hardware and network operations problems. Log all events and document findings and actions taken to resolve events. Follow and make use of standard procedure documentation. Be able to resolve events of varying complexity immediately. Very complex events are escalated to second level support. Provide periodic remote control support. Develop troubleshooting skills by using effective, investigative methods and by using service desk troubleshooting tools. Perform problem diagnosis, problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience with an Associate's degree OR 6 or more years of experience in a service desk, call center or other technical support role, preferably in professional services (Leads require 1-2 years of management experience)
- Familiar with and/or practice ITIL standards in relation to an ITSM service desk software tool, ITIL Foundations certification preferred
- Able to communicate effectively over the phone or in person
- English is required. Other languages are welcome in addition
- Able to write clearly and concisely
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Sufficient maturity in interpersonal development needed to contend with potential difficult situations and users
- Desire and aptitude to learn information technology support functions and processes
- High level of competency in computer operations, Windows-based computer environment and general computer knowledge
- Experience working in a fast-changing, stressful environment where you must be flexible and learn quickly
- Moderate to advanced desktop support experience
- Active Directory, Lotus Notes, Remedy ITSM software experience preferred
- Level 1 positions require a High School diploma and 1 year of related experience. All others require an Associate's Degree and 1-3 years of experience based on the position. Related experience can be substituted for the education requirement
- HDI CSR or CSA certification required within 6 months of hire
Office Automation Specialists
Hiring all levels of support from Leads to Level 1. Duties, Experience, and Education requirements will vary based on the position, which is described below. A Federal background investigation is required.
General Duties:
Designs local area networks consisting of servers and personal computers for office settings. Performs installation as required by the manufacturer, configuration management, and ensures all systems perform as ordered. Provides detailed assistance in maintenance, administration, and operation of servers and personal computer software. Performs detailed comparisons of various office automation approaches. Provides management with status of projects, problems or other outstanding project related issues. Establishes and maintains local area network security.
Experience:
- 3-7 years of directly related work experience in IT systems analysis, programming, or office automation is required (varies based on position)
- Lead position requires at least three years of intensive and progressive experience in office automation
- Must demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to work independently or under general direction
- High School diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other directly related discipline is desired and can be substituted for work experience at the rate of 1 year formal education equaling nine months of experience , not to exceed a total of 12-24 months (varies based on position)
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) or Novell Certified Network Engineer (CNE) required, which can be substituted for additional office automation experience not to exceed a total of six months
